This series consists of online sessions of around 50 minutes in which employees receive practical tips on how to handle digital/hybrid meetings and presentations better , both in terms of technology (Microsoft Teams), behaviour and communication skills: Which features in Teams make your meeting or presentation more effective and professional? How do you ensure that hybrid meetings are energetic and dynamic? And what are the most important do’s & don’ts for participants and chairmen. Employees can also ask their questions in the live chat. More than 750 employees have already attended the live sessions.
This way, the City of Amsterdam ensures proper preparation for the “working style” of the future. Meetings and presentations will not only become more effective, but more importantly… also more fun!
