Hybrid working is the way of the future. However, have we truly mastered it yet? We notice that hybrid meetings are quite different than fully in-person or fully virtual meetings. Many times, the social aspect of the meeting is overlooked and all the attention is given to the new technology and tools. This is unfortunate because it demands different skills too. As a result, meetings and presentations might not go as smoothly, leading to reduced effectiveness, employee frustration and wasted time.

In this series of short live sessions, employees from your organisation will receive practical tips to improve their performance in hybrid meetings. They will learn about effective behaviour, communication skills and how to use technology like MS teams to their advantage.

The sessions are conducted online and last 50 minutes.
