Preparation Essentials: Intake & Expectations
Two weeks before the training you will receive a digital intake form for your personal learning goals. You can also share your expectations with us. This way, we make sure you get as much out of the training as possible. During the intake, you will share a practical situation in which you aim to improve your skills. This could include a situation such as a chaotic online meeting. By providing specific examples, the trainer can offer tips and tricks to prevent such occurrences in the future. This ensures you maximise your training experience.
The training will cover the following topics:
- How do you adjust your physical workshop or training to an online environment?
- How do you utilise remote possibilities to effectively teach participants new skills?
- How do you ensure that the technical and organisational aspects of your session are in order?
Through practical tips & tricks, intensive break-out sessions and applicable techniques, you will know how to remotely deliver your training convincingly. You will know which aspects of your workshop to adapt and how to keep crucial parts of the training as similar as possible, so that the result remains the same.
